Service Details

Canopy Removal & Reinstallation Contractor agrees to:

Removal may occur during non-traditional working hours.
Removal may occur without property owner present.
A Stokes Marine technician may need to operate your boatlift during canopy removal.
If a boat is on your lift, a Stokes Marine technician may need to board your boat to complete removal.
Removal fee does NOT include aluminum frame. Removal fee ONLY covers vinyl cover.
Stokes Marine is NOT responsible for pre-exisiting damage on vinyl cover.
Stokes Marine is NOT responsible for damage incurred during storage.
Canopy vinyl is known to become weak and brittle over time, Stokes Marine Inc. is not responsible for ripped or damaged canopy vinyl due to the removal or re-install process
Stokes Marine will NOT provide storage of vinyl cover. Customer assumes all storage responsibility.
Stokes Marine is NOT responsible for damage to your canopy frame or vessel once the vinyl top has been removed
