Recovery may occur during non-traditional working hours.
Recovery may occur without property owner present.
A Stokes Marine technician may need to operate your boatlift during recovery.
A Stokes Marine technician may need to board your boat to complete recovery.
Stokes Marine is NOT responsible for pre-exisiting damage or ANY damage to the boat or other propery (including, but not limited to docks, boatlifts, canopies, boat houses, seawalls, yards, landscaping, and fences, etc.) associated with recovery.
Properly securing the boat after recovery is the responsibility of the owner.
Owner assumes all responsibility and liability for any damages.
If Stokes Marine is billing insurance directly and does not receive payment, owner agrees to pay all fees and expenses associated with the recovery.
If owner does not have insurance, Stokes Marine will bill owner directly.
Priority will be given to boats 25ft or less.
Failure to notify Stokes Marine that boat has been recovered prior to our arrival will result in mobilization charges billed directly to the owner.
Typical recovery fees are $250/ft. Unique recovery situations will result in pricing variations.
